I had to surrender it briefly after I wrecked an
ambulance while exiting the base to take a patient to Sigonella
NAS. They had
placed those spiked antiterrorist barriers outside the front
gate... I had a
hell of a time trying to get through the barriers with that
gigantic ambulance.
I ended up putting a deep gash along the entire length of the
rear compartment
with one of the spikes that was not seen in the mirror. The folks at
transportation were less than pleased...
